Client and Team Screening

All team members complete a full health screening, including temperature checks, prior to every session. In addition, all clients are to complete an online form prior to their session, which will inform us the status of your health, determine if you're eligible to book an appointment, and give informed consent, to reduce the risks associated with clients and practitioners contracting or transmitting the virus during treatment. 

During Your Session

Upon arrival, a few quick questions will be asked to verbally confirm the status of your health and any potential Covid-19 contact. Temperature checks will also be taken as a protective measure for both the practitioner and client. During the session, both the practitioner and client are to wear an acceptable face covering. Acceptable face masks include cloth based face coverings and disposable masks. Bandanas, buffs, and gaiters are not acceptable face coverings for use during your treatment. 

After Your Session

All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after every session. For the safety of our clients and practitioners, we are only accepting contactless payment which can be done by securely storing credit card information directly to your profile or pre-paying online at the time of booking. Invoices will also be emailed following every session.
